Which channels do you use to reach your ideal customer?

  2. Website (66%)
  3. Events & Trade Shows (50%)

Nearly everyone who responded to our survey noted Face to Face as their number one marketing method. We agree that a great way to build trust and get business is to meet with your customers in person. This was closely followed by the use of a website. Websites are increasingly important in a technology driven age as customers look to websites to gauge the legitimacy of your business. Traditional forms of marketing such as television, radio ads and even billboards seem to get minimal use in this industry.

What marketing products would you like to see Rhino Linings develop and offer?

  1. Brochures (66%)
  2. Vehicle Decals & Trailer Wraps (50%)
  3. Giveaway Items (41%)

The most requested Rhino Linings marketing item by our SPF contractors were new print brochures followed by vehicle wraps and giveaway items – all very relevant tools to use in your face to face marketing efforts. On the other hand, the percentage of requests for digital tools such as website templates and email campaign templates were very low – which can mean that our contractors already have websites and email campaigns or our contractors may be under-utilizing tools that can help attract more customers.
